Everything is better in a tangy tomato gravy! Bhujia curry or sev ki sabzi is a popular Rajasthani dish. You can also use aalu bhujia or any other thick sev available to make this curry. Simply fry 2 cloves of chopped garlic, 2 green chillies, 1 onion and 2 tomatoes in a pan. Add masalas and 1½ cups of water after the mixture is fried. Switch off the stove, squeeze a lemon wedge and put 2 cups of sev and you’re done!
